taxInvoice.appTerms of use
1. The service
taxInvoice.app provides tools to create invoices, bills and receipts, plus calculators and guides. It is not tax, legal or accounting advice; see the disclaimer.
2. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the information you enter and for complying with the tax rules that apply to you.
- You must not use the service to create false, forged or misleading documents (for example receipts for payments that did not happen). This may be a criminal offence.
3. Free and paid downloads
- Free downloads include a small footer link.
- A single purchase removes the footer from one document in the browser where you paid. No account is needed.
- A credit pack adds credits to your account. Each footer-free download of a new document uses one credit, on any generator. Credits do not expire and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Prices are shown and charged in your local currency where available, and may differ by country. Prices on the pricing page may change; changes do not affect credits you already bought.
3a. Accounts
- You sign in with a one-time link or code sent to your email address; your account is created the first time you sign in. Keep your email account secure, because anyone who can read your email can sign in as you. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- One account per person or business. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.
- You can ask us to delete your account at any time. Unused credits are lost when an account is deleted, unless refunded under the refund policy.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record, under their terms. Local taxes may apply.
5. Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
