Refund policy

• Single invoice: if your paid download did not unlock or the PDF failed to generate, contact us within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you in full.
• Credit packs: unused packs can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase. Partly used packs can be refunded for the unused credits at the price you paid per credit.
• Send your payment receipt (or payment ID) and your account email via the contact page.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider and usually arrive within 5-10 business days.
